Chichester Road Advisory Committee approved meeting minutes 7/18/2011
Meeting brought to order 6:40 P.M. by Richard Debold.
Those in attendance voted unanimously to elect Doug Hall as Chairman and John Amsden as Secretary.
A member of the Central NH Regional Planning Commission provided insight into the review and data gathered
of the Chichester roads that they have recently done. A discussion ensued about the method and timetable of
inputting the data they have Gathered into a Road Surface Management System program which they will provide
for the town.
A discussion ensued concerning which roads the town would like the Central NH Regional Planning Commission
to count traffic on in the coming weeks.
Richard Moore of the Chichester Capital Improvements Committee visited the committee to discuss how the
two committees could best work together.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:50 P.M.
